Question:

Can I come in and pick up tickets to a show that I bought in advance?

Answer:

Any tickets bought online or over the phone will be on a reservation list the night of the show. We normally don’t print “hard” tickets for our shows.

Question:

Where can I buy advance tickets?

Answer:

We recommend getting them off of our website. It is the easiest way to get them. You can also call the club when we are open and place an order. The box office is usually open in the afternoon and nights that we have a scheduled show. You can also get them at CD Warehouse and Manifest.

Question:

Do I have to have an ID if I'm 16 or older to get in to a 16+ show?

Answer:

Yes, you have to have an ID to prove that you are at least 16 years of age to get in to a 16+ show.

Question:

What does 16+/all ages with parent mean?

Answer:

That means that particular show is 16+ to get in without a parent. If you are 15 or younger you must be accompanied by a parent, no exceptions!

Question:

I bought tickets online, but I didn’t get an e-mail confirmation, what do I do?

Answer:

If you received your order ID number, that is your confirmation. If not call or e-mail the club and we will check our automated will-call in order to verify your tickets.

Is the Visulite Theatre handicap accessible?

Answer:

Yes, of course it is!

Question:

I bought an advanced ticket and can’t come to the show, what do I do?

Answer:

We generally don’t give refunds to our shows. Try finding someone to give it to or sell it to.

Can I put my advanced tickets in someone else name?

Answer:

Yes you can. Call the club and we will obtain that information.

What time do you open?

Answer:

Our doors usually open at 8pm or 9pm. Check the website for door times.

Is there an opening act for the show I will be attending?

Answer:

Usually there is an opening act for most of our shows. From time to time we do “An evening with” shows which do not have an opener. Check our website for individual show details.

Where can I park?

Answer:

We have shared parking with most of our neighbors directly across the street. We also have additional parking off of Travis Avenue behind the club. We DO NOT share parking with Starbucks. They will tow.

Can I bring my child to a show?

Answer:

If you are their parent (legal guardian) they may attend the show w/you.

How old do you have to be to get in?

Answer:

Most of our shows are 18+. Please check the show information page for the show you wish to attend to verify.

Do I have to have an ID?

Answer:

Yes, you have to have an valid driver’s license, passport, military id, or NC state id to get in the building. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Do you have a bar?

Answer:

Yes, we have a full service bar that has sodas, juices, bottled water, beer, wine, and liquor.

Do you have seating?

Answer:

We do have limited seating for all of our shows and it is general admission(first come, first serve).

Do you serve food?

Answer:

No, we do not serve food. There are several restaurants within walking distance.

Can you smoke in the club?

Answer:

Yes, we are a smoking venue although the artist playing at the club may request a non smoking show. In those cases there will be a smoking area outside of the club. Check the individual show information page on our website for smoking/non-smoking shows status.

Question:

Can I take pictures, video, record?

Answer:

This is up to the artist’s discretion. We recommend locking your equipment in your trunk/glove box and coming in to check. Most times we do not know until the artist gets to the venue.

Do you accept credit cards?

Answer:

Yes, we accept Visa, Master Card, Amex, and debit cards. We do not have minimum at the bar, but recommend having cash for any transaction under $10.

Question:

Is there an ATM inside?

Answer:

We currently do not have an ATM inside our club. There is one at the BB&T on the corner of Caswell and Providence Rd.

Question:

Do you have a coat check?

Answer:

Yes we do and it is a $2 fee at the door.
