Ransom Pier’s music offers listeners a combination of potent lyricism and technical prowess that places them firmly among the highest echelon of undiscovered acts along the Eastern seaboard. Their brand of rock draws unabashedly on the roots of the American songbook - from Dylan to Motown - with an ear to future sounds, and has been compared to a darker, edgier Lake Street Dive.

Pat and John met spectating a knife throwing contest at a festival. Bards from different lands, they banded together and traveled from town to town sharing poem and song. Thus was born Robbing Johnny. Along the way, they met a shaman named Evan who showed them how to harness blue fire. One fine day, these men came upon a pair of wayfarers. Mahoney and Brooks were their names. In their souls, they contained a wizardry known as groove. Thus, maketh the rock and roll.

Start Time: 7:00

The Big Fandamily Band was founded by Singer/Songwriter Josh Carter as a network of musicians with the common goal of giving the Carolina's original music to be proud of.
Founded in January of 2014, the FanDamily quickly grew in size and reputation. Carter's uncle Mark Sigmon (Bass and Vocals) was the first to Join the band along with Rich Devita (Drums, Charlotte) and Michael Morris (Guitar). The Band would later be joined with Tyler Land (Drums, Hickory).
The FanDamily found their niche creating "mashups" of Carter's original music with covers of great songs from every decade. Their high energy music and performance aquired for them a reputation as "The Best Party Band in Hickory, NC"
The band is currently working on a full length album as well as planning to extend their influence within the Carolinas.
As the band continues to grow in popularity they are constantly looking for talented musicians through out the various regions of the Carolina's to help extend their sphere of influence.
